Coldwater shrimps, kumquat and pink sparkling wine salad Directions
Prepare pink sparkling wine jelly, according to the instruction on the gelatin package. Put jelly to the fridge for two hours, until it gets thick. Slice kumquats. Mix them with salad mix in the bowl. Dress it with olive oil and orange juice. Defrost shrimps, peel and remove heads. Dry and combine with salad. Arrange salad on plates. Cut sparkling wine jelly and decorate the salad with jelly pieces. Serve immediately.
