Ingredients
For 4 people
Cream
- 250 grams peeled coldwater shrimps
- 1 bunch of finely chopped spring onion
- 4 -5 middle-sized potatoes cut in pieces
- 1 liter(s) chicken broth
- 300 grams raw codfish
- 2 -3 bay leaves
- 150 grams canned corn
- 150 cL double cream
- 4 finely chopped bacon slices
- Several sprigs of thyme
Chowder with a codfish and coldwater shrimps Directions
- Toast the bacon in the pan. Add finely chopped spring onion. After 2-3 minutes, put the potato and corn in the pan. Pour the chicken broth in.
- Bone and skin the codfish. Cut it into cubes. Put in the pan where the other components.
- Add bay leaves and thyme, then cook until potatoes goes soft.
- Pour in double cream, season with salt, by the taste. Add peeled COLDWATER SHRIMPS.
- Boil for 1-2 minutes. Serve.
